Our team is available to take enquiries and assist with reservations during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 19:00 (local Cyprus time, EET/EEST)

Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00

Sunday: 10:00 - 14:00

Airport desk availability may extend beyond these hours during peak arrival periods in July and August. If you are arriving on a late flight into Larnaka International Airport (LCA), please include your flight details in your email so we can arrange a suitable handover time.

When to Email Us

If you would like to ask about specific vehicle availability, clarify what is included in your booking, check whether a particular model is available with an automatic gearbox, or request a child seat for your hire, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will reply within one business day.

Email is also the right channel if you need a written confirmation of your booking terms, a copy of your rental agreement, or a VAT receipt after completing your hire.

When to Call Us

If you need a quick answer on the day of pickup, want to confirm a vehicle is ready for collection at Larnaka airport, or need to make a last-minute change to your drop-off location, calling is the fastest option. Our Office and Pickup Locations in Larnaka

Our main operational base is in the Larnaka area, serving the wider Larnaca district including the city centre, the Finikoudes seafront, and the surrounding residential neighbourhoods. Vehicle deliveries are available directly to hotels, apartments, and villa complexes throughout the district at no extra charge.

For travellers arriving by air, our airport desk at Larnaka International Airport handles all meet-and-greet collections in the arrivals area. There is no requirement to travel into the city first - your hire vehicle can be handed over directly at the terminal. A valid booking confirmation and a debit or credit card for identification purposes is all you need to present on arrival.

If you are staying closer to the Larnaka Marina or the Mackenzie Beach area, collection can also be arranged at a convenient local point. Please mention your preferred location when you get in touch and we will confirm the nearest handover point.
